The Traps: /usr/bin/mail

BSD mail doesn't add a Date: header. qmail adds it alright, but in UTC (GMT). This upsets people.

The documented workaround is to specify

	set sendmail=/var/qmail/bin/datemail

in /etc/mail.rc.

As far as the Received headers go; they're in UTC and I like it that way. (I don't remember the last time I debugged a mail problem that didn't involve multiple timezones.)
