Majordomo

Unfortunately I was running majordomo. Majordomo (as some of you no doubt know) is quite wonderful to use but is a pain to setup and the code quality is unspeakably awful.

There were patches to apply to majordomo to integrate it with qmail, but I didn't like them much and wrote a script to integrate majordomo and qmail instead.
